20. Liability of arbitrator

An arbitrator shall not be liable for —
(a)
negligence in respect of anything done or omitted to be done in the capacity of the arbitrator; or
(b)
any mistake of law, fact or procedure made in the course of arbitral proceedings or in the making of an arbitral award.

“award” means a decision of the arbitral tribunal on the substance of the dispute and includes any interim, interlocutory or partial award but excludes any order or direction made under section 28;
