Section 42

Court may charge property with payment of solicitor’s costs in arbitration

Section 117 of the Legal Profession Act 1966 (which empowers a Court in which a solicitor has been employed in any proceeding to charge property recovered or preserved in the proceeding with the payment of the solicitor’s costs) applies as if an arbitration were a proceeding in the Court, and the Court may make declarations and orders accordingly.
