Section 4F
Meetings and quorum of Board
(1)
At any meeting of the Board, 8 members form a quorum and no business may be transacted at any meeting unless a quorum is present.
(2)
At any meeting of the Board, the president presides and in his or her absence the members present must elect from among themselves one member to preside over the meeting.
(3)
If on any question to be determined by the Board there is an equality of votes, the president or the member presiding over that meeting has a casting vote.
(4)
Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018, the Board may determine its own procedure.
(5)
The Board must cause proper records of its proceedings to be kept.
