Appeal

A person who is dissatisfied with —

(a)

any refusal by the Licensing Officer to issue the person a licence under this Act; or

(b)

any suspension or cancellation of the person’s licence issued under this Act,may within 14 days of the decision appeal in writing to the Minister whose decision is final and conclusive.
