Rules for purposes of sections 5, 6 and 7

Section 8
(1)
The Minister may make rules for carrying out the purposes of sections 5, 6 and 7.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), such rules may provide for the application of any rules made under section 46(1) to any unmarked plastic explosives, subject to such modifications as may be specified in the rules made under subsection (1).
