Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“Commander”, in relation to an Auxiliary Police Force, means the Commander of an Auxiliary Police Force appointed under section 96(1) of the Act;“commanding officer for Auxiliary Police Forces” means the Deputy Commissioner or Director Manpower of the Police Force;“employer”, in relation to an Auxiliary Police Force, means the Government or any statutory body, company or organisation authorised to create that Auxiliary Police Force under Part 9 of the Act.
