Regulation 27

A decision of any Compensation Board shall be made by a simple majority of the members of the Board except that in the case of an equality of votes, the president or deputy president presiding shall have a casting vote in addition to his original vote.

A decision of a Compensation Board shall be signed by the president of the Compensation Board and shall be delivered by him or by a member of the Board on his direction.
