Section 77A
(1)
The Minister may by order in the Gazette, amend, add to or vary the Fourth or Fifth Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in any order under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
(3)
Any order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
