Consequential amendment to Insurance Act
Section 35ZN(1) of the Insurance Act (Cap. 142, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “approved as a financial institution and approved to carry on business as an insurance broker under the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “licensed under the Banking Act”.
