Consequential amendment to Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance

Section 20A(8) of the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance (Cap. 370, 1985 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (c) of the definition of “relevant deposit” and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)any merchant bank licensed under the Banking Act,”.
