Regulation 12

The President may, acting in accordance with the recommendation of the Prime Minister, cancel and annul the award of the Decoration or a Bar thereto to any person and thereupon the name of such person shall be deleted from the register referred to in rule 11.

The President may, acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister, restore the Decoration or a Bar thereto to any person whose award has been previously cancelled or annulled.
