Plan scales
Subregulation 1
Except under circumstances which are, in the opinion of the Chief Surveyor, unusual, all strata certified plans must be plotted according to the following scales:
(a)
for site plans — 1:200, 1:500 or 1:1,000; (b)for storey plans — 1:100 or 1:200.
Subregulation 2
The scale on which a strata certified plan is drawn must be so selected such that the area of each strata lot and all relevant details can be clearly seen.
Subregulation 3
If, on any part of a strata certified plan, measurements or details would otherwise be illegible or difficult to interpret, a diagram drawn on a scale larger than that of the plan or drawn not to scale may be added as an inset.
