Elevation sketch
Subregulation 1
An elevation sketch must contain —
(a)
the strata lot numbers;
(b)
the corresponding unit numbers for each storey; and
(c)
the ceiling height of each storey rounded off to the nearest centimetre.
Subregulation 2
Where it is not possible to show the strata lot numbers on the elevation sketch, the strata lot numbers and their corresponding unit numbers must be tabulated.
