Regulation 49
Site plan
A site plan must show —
(a)
the numbers and boundaries of any Mukim and Town Subdivision;
(b)
the land lot number and the area of the land lot;
(c)
the boundary lines of the land lot on which the building is sited;
(d)
the outline of the building;
(e)
the natural and artificial features that are found within 0.5 metres of the boundaries surveyed;
(f)
the encroachment (if any) on adjacent land lots;
(g)
the street names and house numbers;
(h)
the cadastral map number; and
(i)
the North Point.
