45S. Modification of section 50

Where the person that commits an offence under section 50(2) or (3) is a provider of a regulated online communication service and with respect to documents or information relating to that service, that person shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1 million despite section 50(4).

“provider”, for an online communication service, has the meaning given by section 2D;
The power under section 50(1) to require the provision of documents relating to an online communication service includes power to require the production of documents held outside Singapore.
online communication service
“online communication service” has the meaning given by section 2A(1);
