64A. Financial penalties, etc., payable to Consolidated Fund

All fines imposed under section 12(1) and all financial penalties ordered under section 45N(1) —
(a)
may be recovered by the Authority in any court of competent jurisdiction as if they were simple contract debts; and
(b)
must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
