7. Restriction on transfer of licences

A licence must not be transferred to any other person without the prior written consent of the Authority to the transfer to that person.

“licence” means a licence granted under any provision of this Act, and “licensee” is to be construed accordingly;

Any purported transfer of any licence is for all purposes void and of no effect.
