Amendment of section 28

Section 28(4) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (e); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:“(ea)abide by any regulations that the Minister may prescribe; and”.
