Amendment of section 20
Section 20(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “respondent” and substituting the words “party who lodged the application”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)the other party to the adjudication review application.”.
