Clause 41
Regulations
(1)
The Minister may make regulations for or with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for or in connection with —
the forms to be used and the information or documents to be furnished;
the manner in which authorised nominating bodies are required to exercise their functions or perform their duties;
the form of records to be kept and maintained by the authorised nominating bodies, the information to be recorded and the submission of such records; and
the conduct of adjudicators.
