Regulation 4
Contracts excluded from application of Act
Any contract which satisfies the following conditions shall be excluded from the application of the Act:
(a)
the contract is made, in writing, within a period not exceeding 6 months from 1st April 2005;
(b)
the contract is a sub-contract made under a main contract; and
(c)
the main contract is made before 1st April 2005.
