Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 5 August 2026.
Amendment of Eleventh Schedule
In the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011), in the Eleventh Schedule, after item 26, insert —“27. Shaded area in Map 27 at Chuan GroveMAP 2728. Shaded area in Map 28 at Tanjong Rhu CloseMAP 2829. Shaded area in Map 29 at Berlayar CloseMAP 2930. Shaded area in Map 30 at Jurong East Avenue 1MAP 30”.
Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule
In the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011, in the Fourteenth Schedule, after item 55, insert —“56. Shaded area in Map 56 at Orchard BoulevardMAP 5657. Shaded area in Map 57 at Serangoon North ViewMAP 5758. Shaded area in Map 58 at East Coast RoadMAP 5859. Shaded area in Map 59 at Plymouth Avenue/Dunearn RoadMAP 5960.
