Regulation 2
Definition
In this Order, “specified fixed installation” means any fixed installation specified in the Schedule.

Exempt fixed installations
The Act and the building regulations do not apply to any specified fixed installation.
Regulation 4
Exempt fixed installation works
The Act and the building regulations do not apply to any fixed installation works —
(a)
for the installation of a specified fixed installation; or (b)that are carried out in relation to a specified fixed installation.
