Regulation 4

For the purposes of section 4(2) of the Act, the provisions of Part 2 of the Act and the Building Control Regulations 2003 (G.N. No. S 666/2003) set out in the first column of the Fifth Schedule apply to and in relation to fixed installations and fixed installation works as modified and reproduced in the corresponding provisions of these Regulations set out opposite in the second column of that Schedule.
