the overspeed limitation device;
the software in a manner that affects safety functionalities;
an E/E/PE;
the guiderail size;
the number, size or type of the hoisting rope;

the landing door locking device.4.A lift that is not a stairlift or a vertical platform liftAny works to increase the available car area, add a car entrance, add a landing entrance or change any of the following in relation to the lift:
the brake system;
the car mass by 5% or more;
the type of drive system;
the rated load;
the rated speed;
the travel distance;
the ascending car overspeed protection means;
the buffer;
the car bottom clearances and overhead clearances;
the door locking device type;
the guiderail size;
the number or size of a hoisting rope;
the overspeed governor;
the restrictor or one‑way restrictor;
the rupture valve;
an E/E/PE;
the safety gear;
the traction sheave;
the unintended car movement protection means;
the access to the machinery spaces.Any works to change any of the following in relation to the lift:
the software in a manner that affects safety functionalities;
the type of the hoisting rope;
the landing door type;
the car door type;
the compensation system;
the hydraulic jack;
the pawl device;
the pressure relief valve.5.Mechanised car parking systemAny works to change any of the following in relation to the man machine interface of a mechanised car parking system:
the design of the anti‑fall device;
the controls of and logic programming that affects the transfer area;
the position or coverage of the door protective device;
the emergency door location;
the rated load;
the dimension of the transfer area;
the coverage of any sensor that detects or limits movement within the transfer area;
the user exit door location;
