4. Commissioner and officers deemed to be public servants
Feedback & supportThe Commissioner and every officer appointed under section 3(3) are deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code 1871.

“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Buildings appointed under section 3(1), and includes any other officer appointed under section 3(3) to exercise the powers or perform the duties imposed on the Commissioner;
