Regulation 2
Deposit under repealed Act for rectifying common property defects
Amended byG.N. No. S 200/2005
Where any deposit is made by a developer under section 16(1) or (5) of the repealed Act, and the deposit has not been refunded in accordance with section 16(6) of the repealed Act before 1st April 2005, that deposit —
(a)
need not be refunded immediately on 1st April 2005; but(b)shall continue to be dealt with by the Commissioner in accordance with section 16(4) and (6) of the repealed Act as if the Act had not been enacted.
