These Regulations are the Bus Services Industry (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016.

reg 2Compoundable offences

The following offences may be compounded by the LTA or any authorised officer in accordance with section 40(1) of the Act:

(a)

any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 30(7), 34(3), 35(3), 36(3) or (4) or 42AA(6) of the Act;

(b)

any offence under regulation 4(3), 5(4), 6(2), 7(3), 8(2), 9(3), 10(2), 11(2), 12(2), 13(2), 15(3), 16(3), 17(3), 18(2) or 19(2) of the Bus Services Industry (Control of Conduct and Activities — Public Bus) Regulations 2026 (G.N. No. S 661/2026);

(c)

any offence under regulation 4(3), 5(3), 6(2), 7(2), 9(2), 10(2), 11(2), 13(3), 15(2), 16(3), 17(4), 18(2) or 19(2) of the Bus Services Industry (Control of Conduct and Activities — Bus Interchange) Regulations 2026 (G.N. No. S 662/2026).
