9. Consumption of chewing gum

(1)

A person must not consume, or attempt to consume, any chewing gum or bubble gum within a bus interchange. (2) A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.

Subregulation 1
