reg 10Littering and soiling prohibited

(1)

A person must not —

(a)

place or throw any litter within a bus interchange except into receptacles provided for that purpose; or

(b)

soil any part of a bus interchange, or any fittings, equipment or property within a bus interchange. (2) A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.

Subregulation 1

A person must not —

(a)

place or throw any litter within a bus interchange except into receptacles provided for that purpose; or

(b)

soil any part of a bus interchange, or any fittings, equipment or property within a bus interchange.

Subregulation 2

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
