—(1) This regulation applies if —(a)a person (X) using a bus interchange fails to comply with any condition of use; or(b)where X is entering, or about to enter, a bus interchange — X is likely to fail to comply with any condition of use if allowed to enter the bus interchange. (2) An authorised person may —(a)refuse X entry to the bus interchange; or(b)direct X to leave the bus interchange. (3) A person who fails to comply with any direction of an authorised person given under paragraph (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.

reg 4Directions for breach of conditions of use

(1)

This regulation applies if —

(a)

a person (X) using a bus interchange fails to comply with any condition of use; or

(b)

where X is entering, or about to enter, a bus interchange — X is likely to fail to comply with any condition of use if allowed to enter the bus interchange. (2) An authorised person may —

(a)

refuse X entry to the bus interchange; or

(b)

direct X to leave the bus interchange. (3) A person who fails to comply with any direction of an authorised person given under paragraph (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.

Subregulation 1

This regulation applies if —

(a)

a person (X) using a bus interchange fails to comply with any condition of use; or

(b)

where X is entering, or about to enter, a bus interchange — X is likely to fail to comply with any condition of use if allowed to enter the bus interchange.

Subregulation 2

An authorised person may —

(a)

refuse X entry to the bus interchange; or

(b)

direct X to leave the bus interchange.

Subregulation 3

A person who fails to comply with any direction of an authorised person given under paragraph (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
