Part 5 · vehicles in bus interchange

19. Vehicle drivers to comply with signs, etc.

(1)

A driver of a vehicle, while within a bus interchange, must comply with —

(a)

all traffic signs and signals; and

(b)

any reasonable directions and instructions of any authorised person given to regulate traffic within the bus interchange. (2) A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.

Subregulation 1

A driver of a vehicle, while within a bus interchange, must comply with —

(a)

all traffic signs and signals; and

(b)

any reasonable directions and instructions of any authorised person given to regulate traffic within the bus interchange.

Subregulation 2

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
