Part 3 · Conduct and activities in bus interchange

8. Sewage, drainage waste and offensive matter

(1)

A person must not cause any sewage, drainage waste or other offensive matter to —

(a)

flow into or enter a bus interchange; or (b)be placed in any part of a bus interchange. (2) However, paragraph (1) does not apply to a person if the person has the written permission of the licensee to carry out the activity mentioned in that paragraph.

(3)

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.

Subregulation 1

A person must not cause any sewage, drainage waste or other offensive matter to —

(a)

flow into or enter a bus interchange; or (b)be placed in any part of a bus interchange.

Subregulation 2

However, paragraph (1) does not apply to a person if the person has the written permission of the licensee to carry out the activity mentioned in that paragraph.

Subregulation 3

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
