These Regulations are the Business Names Registration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.
In the Business Names Registration Regulations 2015, in regulation 10(a), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
In the Business Names Registration Regulations 2015, in regulation 11(a)(i), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
