These Regulations are the Business Names Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 37 of the Act:
any offence under section 11(12), 22(3), 32(4), 34(1), 35(1)(a) or (3) or 45(5) of the Act;
any offence under regulation 7(2) of the Business Names Registration Regulations 2015.
