Voting rights in respect of units in registered business trusts

Despite any provision in this Act or in the trust deed of a registered business trust, but subject to section 59, each unit in a registered business trust confers the right at a poll at any general meeting of the unitholders of the registered business trust to one vote, and to one vote only.
