20B. Application of this Division

This Division applies in relation to any emissions year in the period from and including 1 January 2024 up to and including such date as the Minister may prescribe under section 20F.

“Minister” means —(a)except as provided in paragraph (b), the Minister charged with the responsibility for sustainability and the environment; and(b)for the purposes of Division 1A of Part 5, the Minister charged with the responsibility for trade and industry;
