These Regulations are the Carbon Pricing (Carbon Tax, Carbon Credits and Registries) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 3

In the Carbon Pricing (Carbon Tax, Carbon Credits and Registries) Regulations 2020, in regulation 3(3)(b) and (4)(b), delete “by the Minister charged with the responsibility for trade and industry”.
