Regulation 2

It is hereby certified that the High Contracting Parties to the Convention and to the amended Convention, and the territories in respect of which they are respectively parties are as specified in the First Schedule.

In the First Schedule, an asterisk in a column opposite the name of a territory means that this Order does not certify that a State is a party, in respect of that territory, to the Convention named at the head of the column.
