In the principal Regulations, in regulation 3A —(a)in paragraph (1), replace sub‑paragraph (d) with —“(d)if the casino promotion is to include any promotional game, detailed descriptions of all of the following:(i)any device, thing, software application or other computer program intended to be used for the promotional game;(ii)the promotional game; (iii)the manner of use of the device, thing, software application or other computer program.”; and(b)replace paragraph (3) with —“(3) Any person who has made an application under paragraph (1) must provide such other documents or information as the Authority may require to determine the application in such manner and within such period as may be specified by the Authority.(4) The Authority may refuse to consider any application under paragraph (1) —(a)if the applicant fails to provide any document or information mentioned in paragraph (1); or(b)if the applicant fails to provide any document or information required by the Authority under paragraph (3).”.

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 3A —

(a)

in paragraph (1), replace sub‑paragraph (d) with —“(d)if the casino promotion is to include any promotional game, detailed descriptions of all of the following:

(i)

any device, thing, software application or other computer program intended to be used for the promotional game;

(ii)

the promotional game; (iii)the manner of use of the device, thing, software application or other computer program.”; and

(b)

replace paragraph (3) with —“(3) Any person who has made an application under paragraph (1) must provide such other documents or information as the Authority may require to determine the application in such manner and within such period as may be specified by the Authority.

(4)

The Authority may refuse to consider any application under paragraph (1) —

(a)

if the applicant fails to provide any document or information mentioned in paragraph (1); or

(b)

if the applicant fails to provide any document or information required by the Authority under paragraph (3).”.
