This Notification is the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2026.

Sections 3, 5, 6, 10(b), 18 to 22, 25, 27 to 39, 40(e), 42, 43, 44, 46, 47, 53 to 80, 83, 84(a), 90(a) to (h), 91(i), 92, 93(a) to (g) and (i) to (p) and 96(3) to (7) of the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2024 come into operation on 21 September 2026.
