Clause 17

Section 58(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(e)any person, body or association having a business association with the casino operator or with an associate of the casino operator.”.
