Amendment of section 65

Section 65 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “appointed day” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “relevant date in relation to a corporation”;

(b)

by deleting the words “a casino operator” in subsection (1)(a) and (b) and substituting in each case the words “that corporation”;

(c)

by deleting the words “appointed day, is a substantial shareholder of a casino operator” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “relevant date in relation to a corporation, is a substantial shareholder of that corporation”;

(d)

by deleting the words “appointed day” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “relevant date”; (e)by deleting the words “appointed day” wherever they appear in subsection (2)(b) and substituting in each case the words “relevant date”; and

(f)

by deleting the words “casino operator” in the section heading and substituting the words “corporation with casino licence”.
