10. Variation of controlled contract

A casino operator shall give notice in writing of any proposed variation of a controlled contract required under section 73(1)(a) of the Act by submitting to the Authority —
the details of the proposed variation in such form as may be determined by the Authority; and
such other additional information or documents as may be requested by the Authority in any particular case. (2) The Authority may refuse to accept any notice given by the casino operator under paragraph (1) which is incomplete.
Subregulation 1
A casino operator shall give notice in writing of any proposed variation of a controlled contract required under section 73(1)(a) of the Act by submitting to the Authority —
