In the Casino Control (Casino Licence and Fees) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 429/2009) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), in regulation 2 —
delete paragraph (1);
in paragraph (2), replace “under paragraph (1)” with “for a casino licence”; and
in paragraph (4)(b), after “section 46”, insert “or 185B”.
