reg 5Amendment of regulation 10

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 10 —

(a)

in paragraph (2)(a)(iv), insert “and” at the end;

(b)

in paragraph (2)(b)(ii), replace the semi‑colon at the end with a full‑stop;

(c)

in paragraph (2), delete sub‑paragraphs (c) and (d); and

(d)

replace paragraph (4) with —“(4) The Authority may refuse to consider an application for a licence if the applicant or any other person refuses to allow the investigation or fails to comply with any requirement of the Authority under this regulation in respect of that application.”.
