reg 15Amendment of regulation 42

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 42, after paragraph (7), insert —“(8) Any proceedings started under this regulation against a licensed international market agent or licensed international market agent representative may continue, and the Authority may take disciplinary action against the former licensed international market agent or the former licensed international market agent representative under paragraph (4), despite the cancellation or expiry of the international market agent’s licence or the international market agent representative’s licence.”.
