reg 18Amendment of regulation 47

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 47, replace paragraphs (1) and (2) with —“(1) A casino operator must give an arrival report to the Authority in writing in a form approved by the Authority within such period as the Authority may require by notice in writing to the casino operator, in relation to any particular casino marketing arrangement.

(2)

The arrival report under paragraph (1) must contain —

(a)

the full name of each international player on the casino marketing arrangement; and

(b)

any other information that the Authority may require by written notice to the casino operator.”.
