reg 4Amendment of regulation 9

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 9 —

(a)

in paragraph (1)(a), replace sub‑paragraphs (ii) and (iii) with —“(ii)he is banned from entering or remaining on, or taking part in any casino gambling or promotional game on, any casino premises pursuant to —

(A)

an exclusion order under section 121 or 122 of the Act;

(B)

a family exclusion order, provisional family exclusion order or third party exclusion order under Part 10 of the Act; or

(C)

self‑exclusion under section 165AA of the Act; or”; and

(b)

in paragraph (3), delete “and shall return the licence to the Authority”.
