reg 11Amendment of regulation 31

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 31 —

(a)

in paragraph (2), after “public accountant”, insert “or other suitably qualified person”;

(b)

after paragraph (2), insert —“(2A) The Authority may, in a case where the matter to be reviewed or investigated is of a confidential, commercially sensitive or security sensitive nature, appoint a special auditor to undertake the special audit mentioned in paragraph (1)(a) and recover the cost of the special audit from the licensed international market agent.”; and

(c)

in paragraph (3), after “paragraph (2)”, insert “or (2A)”.
